This is Little Britain, the funniest f 'n show ever. The two muppets responsible are Matt Lucas and David Walliams, and in this skit, they are Bubbles (The White Hippo) and Desiree' (The Black Hippo). It's Overboard Status in English, but in Deautsch, laughy tears.
